01 // Overview
Built by TuniCyberLabs for Nexaros, an all-makes garage in France. The site covers repairs, servicing, used car sales and spare parts, around a live workshop planning that customers can book in two minutes.
02 // A live workshop planning
A live workshop planning
Free slots appear as they change, worked out from opening hours, slot capacity, closures and French public holidays. Customers book in two minutes without an account, and the place is held until the workshop confirms.
03 // Run from a back office
Run from a back office
The garage sets its hours, capacity, closures and special days, confirms or cancels bookings and reads every request in one inbox. Each change reaches the planning, the opening hours, the chat assistant and the search engine markup at once.
04 // Answers without an AI service
Answers without an AI service
A French chat assistant answers from the garage's own FAQ, services and articles, and can book a slot in the conversation. It tolerates typos and understands days and times without sending messages to an AI provider.
