Calls from the browser
Agents make and answer calls with their browser microphone, without a desk phone. Contacts, call outcomes, notes and follow-ups stay connected, and a do-not-contact outcome blocks future dialing.
03 // AI agents with guardrails
AI agents with guardrails
Voice agents run on eight architectures, from OpenAI Realtime and Gemini Live to ElevenLabs, Deepgram and private Qwen models. New agents stay disabled until they are reviewed and tested, and conversations can be handed over to a person.
04 // Campaigns and WhatsApp
Campaigns and WhatsApp
Voice and WhatsApp campaigns run on a schedule with an explicit audience and a spend limit. Consent is recorded with its source and checked before outreach, and WhatsApp connects through Meta or Twilio with approved templates.
